THE COMTRADE WAY: PROMOTE AGILE TESTING

POSTED ON 10.10.2016

Living our mantra and following current trends in the world of IT, we are proud to sponsor events that combine the two: agile and testing.
With a vast roster of projects unfolding across its international network of offices, technology centers and campuses, more than 70 percent of which use agile methodologies, it is understandable that Comtrade has adopted the values present in Agile Manifesto and has proven them in agile practice.

After witnessing the benefits of the Agile approach, Comtrade is proud to sponsor the first DevOps and Testing conference Quest for Quality in Ljubljana, Slovenia and the third annual Agile conference Bosnia Agile Day in Sarajevo.

BA Day 2016 will be held on Saturday, 15 October, and is a one-day event that attracts Agile evangelists and leading Agile experts, practitioners and innovators. Comtrade will participate with the lecture “Agile Testing – Adding values to agile teams”, held by Adisa Sinanovic and Amela Teftedarija

In their presentation, Adisa and Amela will raise intriguing questions that all testers struggle with. Is the tester’s role on agile projects the same as on traditional ones? What values do testers bring to agile teams? What problems do they encounter most often? Do they need to know how to write code? Is automated testing the solution to all these problems? By exploring real examples from their work at Comtrade and their interactions with their colleagues, Adisa and Amela will try to answer these questions to benefit the testing community.

Growing through Sharing
At Comtrade Digital Services, we believe the best way to grow is by sharing experience and knowledge. As a Gold sponsor of BA Day 2016, we would like to invite you to contribute your ideas in Sarajevo on 15 October. We hope to see you there!
