We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter who will meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified tech candidates. This role will be responsible for the Full Life Cycle Recruiting – including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT talents. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
  • Write and post IT job descriptions on relevant sites
  • Source and screen shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
  • Create and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Conduct HR interviews with candidates to ensure we recruit the top talents and provide HR feedback
  • Schedule technical interviews and manage the hiring stakeholders
  • Recommend creative solutions for better candidate experience
  • Send job offers and negotiate with candidates
  • Send pre-onboarding mails to new employees
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in recruitment – ideally in the IT industry
  • Degree in psychology, HR, communications, business, or similar (preferred)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
  • Experience with some of the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Skype For Business, etc. )
  • Solid understanding of technology, technical roles and skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
